Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

As we all know there are a TON of health benefits to Apple Cider Vinegar but it's not the easiest to take. Since quarantine started, I have been trying to do small things to help improve my life, one of those things is to start taking Apple Cider Vinegar. Some of the health benefits include:

  • Weight loss

  • Lower cholesterol

  • Improved blood sugar

  • Reduced heart risks

  • Improved hair health

  • Increase in probiotics

Now, none of these studies are actually super proved or approved by the FDA, but I'm going to go with it for now. I really couldn't bring myself to down a spoonful everyday so I turned to gummies. Not just any gummies but Mary Ruth's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies! All you have to do, is take two gummies a day and you are getting all of the same benefits! It has been so easy to just take two along with my Ritual Vitamins every day. So far I have been taking them instead of the liquid for about 10 days and am THRILLED I made the switch. Ill do another post at the end of a month of taking them to see if I notice any massive changes!
