January 2021 Goals
Well, I can not believe we are at January of 2021. I can not tell if 2020 flew by or crawled, regardless it's a new year and time to build towards some larger goals. As you may have seen, I have laid out my 2021 goals, now it's all about building towards them little by little.
Woof okay January here we go!
Habit tracker, I want to actually follow this and kick its booty this month! I normally slack on the workouts, weight (out of dissatisfaction) and reading. Im going to track it day by day if it kills me!
Dry January, I try to do this every year. I think its a nice little way to kickstart the year. I always feel amazing when I do this, I sleep better, workout more, snack less you know the rounds. If this puts off a guy from going on a first date, so be it.
Workouts, gosh, working-out has been such a struggle for me lately. I think it's because I am feeling a bit unmotivated which is wild. This month I am working on getting in four serious worouts a week and moving for 30 mins each day.
Cooking, I am going to continue not ordering out on my own and trying new recipes! I am going to try something new every week this month!
The workouts and cooking are helping me with a few things in my larger goals. They are helping get me towards my "fit" goal as well as feeling more confident and comfortable with myself. This will also ladder into my love life.
Duolingo, thats right I'm attempting to relearn french. I have never been good with languages but I want to give it a shot. I am trying to do about 20 minutes a day of Duolingo. I think deep down inside I am hoping that this is manifesting a romantic trip to France in 2021.

Overall, all of these mini monthly goals are helping me get to my larger 2021 goals! What are you working on this month?
