July 2021 Goals

Well, July is halfway over so I suppose its time for me to share my goals for the month!

The past few months have been really rough for me so I'm glad Im getting back into Cubicle to CEO Chic. My first goal is to do at least four posts this month. I want to make sure I am paying enough attention to this to help it grow and I simply love doing it! That just means one post a month!

Keep up with my habit tracker! I have a habit tracker where I track my water intake, weight, how much time I spend on Cubicle to CEO Chic & my workouts.

  • Water Intake - Some days go by and I realize I have not had enough water. When this happens I feel horrible the next day. To try and get ahead of that, I try and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. I draw eight squares on my daily to do list and color them in as I finish the water. This way it is always staring me in the face as I cross things off my list. At the end of every day I write how much water I drank into my habit tracker!

  • Weight - I track my weight for a few reasons. I know my body fluctuates and a week before I get my period I am about five pounds heavier than normal. I have been working on trying to drop a few LBS and it helps me stay on track.

  • Time - I have been greatly lacking on spending the time I want to on Cubicle to CEO Chic. Unfortunately work has really gotten to me lately and I have been just exhausted. I want to spend 200 minutes a week on it! Thinking about it that really isn't a lot, it will be enough for me to plan, get my minimum posts out and deal with photos. I really want to spend more than 200 mins on it a week! If you were wondering, I am setting a stopwatch to be able to track my time.

  • Workouts - I have a goal to do five workouts a week. The workouts can range from spin class, an Obé class, a jog or a walk. I love that Obé has classes that rang from 10 to 45 minutes so I can quickly get something done, there really is no excuse. I just put an initial of what type of workout I'm doing on the tracker to see what Im doing.

Set and maintain positive intentions. This one is a bit ambiguous but thats okay. I every single morning will wake up, set positive intentions for the day and keep track of it via notes in my phone. I truly think that starting the day on a positive note will help the rest of the day and slowly shift into a naturally genuine positive mindset. I am not saying I am a negative person, I just can quickly shift into a negative headspace when I am busy with work. I don't want to be that way, I want to be positive and manifesting positive vibes!

Skillshare, well, my membership was on auto renewal and I never got a warning that my membership was renewing soon. So, it renewed and I tried a few times to reach out to Skillshare to cancel it however have not gotten a reply! Since I have it for another year, I am actually going to be taking advantage of it this time. I am going to start this month with one class, each month after I am going to increase the number of classes until I am doing one class a week. The hardest part for me is making the time to sit pick a class and actually focus on a class!
