March Goals 2021
Okay guys, maybe this year got off to a rocky start on my goals but hey, at least there are twelve months. This month, I decided to narrow my focus a bit since I wasn't hitting all of my monthly goals.
Skillshare, here we are again. The last two months I did not do anything with Skillshare so this month I am going to do two different classes. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know!
Physical health, yes this is a broad category but a few things can slate into this. Ive been working on trying to get in better shape so here is what I'm going to do this month
Water - At least 8 glasses of water a day.
Caffeine - I want to drink less on a daily basis and not have any after noon or I wont be able to sleep.
Workout - I want to do an OBE class or run four times a week. Every single day I want to do five minutes of a plant through the day.
Eating - Keep making sure I am cooking and not over eating. I also don't want to eat after 8 pm. I have been logging what Ive been eating each day and it has been so helpful.
Mental Health, this has never been a topic I've been afraid to talk about. I know we have been working from home and pretty confined for the last year. It is still super important to make sure you are taking time for yourself and giving your mind what it needs
Manifesting - I recently got into manifesting. Thats right, literally every single day I set aside time to think about what my goals are and how I'm going to get there.
Yoga - Overtime yoga has really helped me de-stress. Even if it is just a quick fifteen minute session, it is easy enough to get in every single day.
Boundaries - I historically am horrible at setting boundaries. I need to do a better job at setting boundaries with people, especially with work, it is way too easy to have that take over.
Social - I need to continue doing something at least once a week with my friends.
