May Empties!

Since I normally do a post on things I bought, I thought I'd do an empties series as well! It'll be all (or most of) the products I finished using that month!

So, here are the empties for May!

Lets start with some face wash! Overall, I have had these two face washes for quite a while but it takes time to go through them, especially if you are like me and have a ton of product at the same time.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Gel Cleanser This sucker I have had for longer than I woudl like to admit. It normally sits in my shower as one of a few face washes. During quarantine, I ended up taking this to my parents house and literally using it every night to wash my face. I really like that it is a gel base, no nasties and it takes off mascara! This I will be repurchasing

OLEHENRIKSENThe Clean Truth™ Foaming Cleanser This is another one I have had for a few months. I use it every morning and I feel it does a great job getting any impurities off of your skin without having it feel too dry. I also love that it smells like morning. I ended up restocking on this during the Sephora sale at the end of April.

DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCAREVitamin C+ Collagen Brighten & Firm Eye Cream I really had high hopes for this one. It had great reviews on Sephoras website and as we know I am on the hunt for magic to get rid of the under eye dark circles. I don't really think a magic cream exists but I was really looking forward to something lightning the dark circles I have. I unfortunately did take before and after pictures and saw no difference so I will not be repurchasing (I actually got a Olehenriksen product I am hoping works better). Honestly, for $65 I just expected more.

CHARLOTTE TILBURY Wonderglow This is another one I have used for a few years now and consistently replace. I use it as a foundation in the summer when I am a bit tanner and I also have been using it during quarantine. I thing this with some under eye concealer and blush is the perfect effortless look. I highly recommend this one.

SunPop Self Tanning Towelettes, I have been converted and these are my fave tanning products. They come in packs of 5 or 10 and two different colors, I use medium. Overall, the towelettes are a great size to cover a lot of surface area. Ontop of that, they smell soooo good, don't leave streaks and they don't make you look orange! I will be repurchasing these as well as trying some additional products of theirs!

Crest 3D White Toothpaste, yes, this is boring but I love it. I love my teeth and take great pride in them (my detnist agrees). I used to get these from CVS but then i realized I can have it set to auto-order on Amazon...

L'Oreal Revitalift, I fell into this product by accident. The night face cream I was using made my face breakout. My mom had this because she bought it by accident and since we are in a pandemic, she couldnt return this. I am thrilled to have found this, it has retinol in it as well as a few other anti-aging properties. I loved the way it made my skin feel, it felt refreshed and like it was being tightened all at the same time, the best part it is wayyy less expensive than some of the night creams I've been using. So, once summer is over and Im done with the gel based products I will be flipping back to this.

This last one isn't really an empty but more of a not-empty. I got this OLEHENRIKSEN Goodnight Glow Retin-ALT Sleeping Crème before quarantine hit and started using it in quarantine. Overall, I wasn't sure about the smell but figured if its as good as it claims to be, who cares about the smell. After a few days of using it I noticed a ton of whiteheads all over my face. The only thing that had changed in my routine was using this sleeping cream, so bye bye it went.

If there are any products you want me to give a try let me know in the comments! Until next time,
