October 2021 Goals - Recap
Ten months down and two to go, lets see how we did with goals this month!
Habit Tracker
The goal: Drink 8 glasses of water a day, work on Cubicle to CEO Chic for 30 minutes a day, drop 5 pounds and workout 5 times a week!
The result: I can confidently say I logged into my tracker every single day this month. I can also confidently say I did not reach half of my goals. I did, drink 8 glasses of water a day and workout five times a week. The other two goals I had, let's call them a work in progress.
Post on time
The goal: Post all posts the day I have them planned for.
The Result: Well, much like a lot of other things, this is a work in progress. I did great for the first half of the month, I definitely need to get better at this.
Manifest:
The goal: You need to be positive and manifest specifics on what you are looking for in your life. It can be really hard to stay positive but I swear being positive and consistent with it will help. I write down every day in the notes section of my phone what I am manifesting and things I am thankful for. Every day this month I'm going to push forward with it!
The result: I continued to manifest every single day. I wrote down 80% of the days but not every day. I swear manifesting works.
Practice self love & putting myself first.
The goal: Once a week, I need to chill, watch Bravo and do a face mask and relax. I can not be sitting working or socializing, it needs to be me time to recharge. Ontop of that, I need to be sure I am not people pleasing just to say yes, I need to think about things before I commit to them.
The result: I tried my best do do this but it doesn't always work out that way. I worked late, saw my friends and a few other things instead.
Finish a book:
The goal: I want to finish one book this month.
The result: I was so so so close to finihsing, to the point of laying in bed the last weekend of the month and trying to get through the res t of the book. Unfortunately, I just missed it!
Here we go, walking into Q4!
