Things I rented in February. This month was fun especially since I was going on a ski trip in the middle of the month!
Wish Dover Sweater: This simple black sweater is made a bit more fun with statement sleeves. It was just an easy simple sweater to pair with so many bottoms and jackets. I actually wore this a lot with the Sandy Liang from last month.
Bacon Blue Pied Puffa Jacket: This was something specific I got for the ski trip. I wanted to wear it to work a day or two before the ski trip to see how warm or chilly it actually was. I didn't ski in it, I used my actual ski jacket for that. This was super cute to wear around town and around the mountain. I wore it into the office a few days as well, it works very well as long as there isnt a long layer under it, then it just looks weird.
RED Valentino Pleated Peplum Sweatshirt: This is another casual addition for the ski trip. I wanted it to pair with my Spanx faux leather leggings as something cute to wear around the chalet while we weren't skiing. I ended up wearing this with the SPANX leather leggings under it and boots. Super simple and casual, returned it right after the ski trip. (please excuse the mess in the photo).
Just Female Voila Sweatshirt: This cutie unfortunately did not make the cut, it was a bit tight across my chest so I did not get a chance to wear it.
Cinq à Sept Kirin Top: This I thought was super cute but was on the fence if it would look cute on or not. Turns out Im obsessed with it. The only downside to the top is the hook on the top sometimes came undone. I wore it on a casual date night with heels and I also think it could work really well with jeans for an easy office look.
Baum und Pferdgarten Coline Sweater: As we know, I love pink. Pink can sometimes make skin look washed out. This I figured would look super cute with some ripped jeans or black jeans and booties. One thing to keep in mind is that this top is HOT (temperature hot) so make sure you wear it on a chilly day. Overall it cuts a little shorter than I’d like and doesn’t look as cute on as I was picturing but I'm obsessed with the sleeves.
Halogen Tan Faux Shearling Moto Jacket: Shearling jackets are very in right now. I wore this with all black under it to ensure the jacket was the centerpiece of the outfit. honestly in the whipping wind ir was so warm...
Overall I still love Rent the Runway and can't wait to see what I pull next month while the seasons start transitioning to spring!
