Sweet Potato Fries!
One of my favorite snacks of all time are sweet potato fries! I love them love them love them, any time they are an option at restaurants I literally immediately order them. Since I am back in my apartment and back to cooking for myself I needed a good sweet potato fry recipe!
I treid a few but landed on my fave which is from the NY Times cooking section but added my twist of the Trader Joes everything but the bagel mix. It is super freaking simple! The recipe is:
2 pounds of peeled sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
sprinkle of the TJ's Everything But The Bagel Mix!
Step 1: Gather all ingredients & preheat oven to 400. Duh, I cant tell you how many times I have started something only to realize I don't have everything I need.

Step 2: Wash & peel the sweet potatoes.

Step 3: Cut the sweet potatoes into ¼" - ½" thick strips no longer than 4".

Step 4: Add the sweet potatoes to a bowl. Add in the olive oil, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Make sure you stir it up!

Step 5: Spread the sweet potatoes out on a baking sheet (I'm using a pyrex dish) sprinkle on some TJ's Everything But The Bagel Seasoning.

Step 6: Pop it in a 400 degree oven for 15 mins or until its the ideal crispiness.

Step 7: Throw it on a plate, add whatever additional seasoning or dip and enjoy!!

Enjoy! Do you have any favorite recipes?
